Panna e Noci (Walnut cream sauce) Pasta

Ingredients:

1/4 cup ground walnuts
3/4 cup cream
1/4 cup white wine (optional)
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon chopped sage
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Pasta of your choice
1 tablespoon olive oil

Boil the pasta with olive oil and some salt till al dente.
Heat butter in a pan and add walnuts, sage and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add salt, pepper, wine, cream and Parmesan cheese and switch of the flame.
Drain the pasta and add to the sauce. Serve hot.
